1. Acceptance of terms
By ordering a MoaTV subscription or using the service in any capacity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to MoaTV. Order information must be accurate; misrepresentation may result in subscription termination without refund.
3. Subscription and billing
MoaTV subscriptions are paid in full upfront via Bitcoin at the start of each term (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months). Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must place a renewal order before expiry to maintain service continuity.
4. Payment via Bitcoin
MoaTV accepts payment exclusively via Bitcoin. After placing your order, our team replies by email with the current wallet address and exact BTC amount. Payment is considered complete when confirmed on the Bitcoin network with sufficient blocks. Wallet addresses are never displayed on the website to protect both customers and the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may use MoaTV only for lawful personal entertainment within your household. You may not: redistribute or rebroadcast MoaTV content in commercial settings; resell access to your account; share credentials with users outside your household; use the service to violate any applicable law; or attempt to reverse-engineer the streaming infrastructure.
6. Content availability
The MoaTV channel list and VOD library are subject to change. Specific channels or content may be added or removed without notice as licensing agreements and CDN availability change. MoaTV makes no guarantee that any specific channel will remain available indefinitely.
7. Device limits
Each MoaTV plan includes 3 simultaneous device connections. Expand to 6 devices for an additional fee per billing period. Concurrent connections beyond the plan limit will be blocked or may trigger account review.
8. Refund policy
Refunds are evaluated case by case. If you experience a service issue we cannot resolve within 24 hours of activation, contact support. After 24 hours of successful service delivery, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refunds when granted are issued in Bitcoin to your original wallet, at the exchange rate at the time of refund.
9. Termination
MoaTV may suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, charge disputes after Bitcoin payment confirmation, or use of the service for unlawful purposes. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Service availability
MoaTV strives for 99.9% server uptime but does not guarantee continuous availability. Brief maintenance windows, regional CDN issues or third-party content provider outages may occasionally affect service. Such incidents do not constitute breach of contract.
11. Liability
MoaTV provides the service "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoaTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Reseller program
MoaTV authorised resellers operate under separate reseller agreements that take precedence over these consumer Terms for reseller activities. Subscribers purchasing through a reseller agree to both these Terms and the reseller's separate terms.
13. Changes to these terms
MoaTV may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
