Cable TV bundles channels with infrastructure, installation, equipment rental and customer service costs that are baked into the bill. MoaTV is pure streaming over your existing internet connection. We pay for content licensing and CDN bandwidth — that's it. The savings get passed to subscribers.

Yes. Contact our team at help@moatv.us and we can upgrade your subscription. The price difference is prorated based on remaining days on your current plan.

No. The price you see is the only price. No setup fees, no activation fees, no hidden charges. Pay the plan price in Bitcoin and you're activated.

Refunds are evaluated case by case. If you experience a genuine service issue we cannot resolve, contact support within 24 hours of activation. Refunds are issued in Bitcoin to your original wallet.

A short trial may be available on request to verify channel compatibility for your region and device. Contact help@moatv.us before ordering if you want to test.

Yes. Every plan includes 3 simultaneous devices by default. Add 3 more (total 6) for a small extra fee per billing period. Contact support to upgrade.
